Couchwiki is a Travel community guide for anyone involved in hospitality exchange networks. We have a lot of experience with wikis and we think that anyone should be able to edit this wiki. We try to avoid setting rules though we do have some guidelines.

26 December 2009 - Based on the work of bikepunk, midsch and globetrotter the main page has a new look and structure. Furthermore there is a new template for city headers like the already existing template for country headers. Improvement as always wanted, necessary and appreciated.
13 November 2009 - After some entertaining human vandalism last week the first batch of spambots dropped by today (which is good, in a weird way). I installed reCAPTCHA. Will probably be adequate for a while. - guaka
